Destination : Delhi - Haridwar- Rishikesh - Deoriatal - Chopta - Chandrashilla.
Location : Chandershila Trek in Garhwal Himalaya - India
Season : March till June, September till November.
Trek Grade : Easy.
Day 01 : Delhi
Delhi Arrive Delhi meet assist and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi - Haridwar- Rishikesh
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Railway station to board train for Haridwar.Arrive Haridwar meet assist and transfer to Rishikesh. Check in Hotel. Afternoon sight seeing of Rishikesh visit the Ashrams , Temples , Ghats. Evening witness the arti on the Ganges ( Option one can drive for another 24 Kms and stay overnight at beach camp on the bank of Ganges).
Day 03 : Rishikesh - Deoriatal
Breakfast at hotel drive to Sari 8 Hours and trek to Deoriatal ( 2300m) It takes approx 1 hour . The drive to Sari is along the River Alakanada ( Ganga) we drive past Devprayag the town situated on the confluence of Bhagaraiti and Alakananda which makes the Ganges continue drive to Sari village trek to Lake Deoriatal the trek is steep through the forest with a view of the Himalayan Villages arrive and camp near the Lake . Day is free to explore the valley around Dinner and overnight in Camps
Day 04 : Deoriatal - Chopta ( 3000m) 5- 6 Hours .
Morning wake up call with tea coffee with a beautiful sun rays view over the snow covered Himalayan Peaks . Breakfast and we start our trek to Chopta .We pass through the alpine meadows forest. Arrive Chopta and camp overnight camp.
Day 05 : Chopta - Chandrashilla ( 4000m)
Early breakfast start your trek to Chadrashilla it takes approx 7 hours the trek passes throughdwarf rhododendron bushes you can view most of the peaks of Garhwal Himalayas from Chandrashilla Top. Nanda Devi (7817Mtrs-the second highest peak of Indian Himalayas), Kedarnath, Trishul, Banderpoonch
Day 06 : Trek Chopta to Chandrashilla (4000m) to Chopta Trek: 6-7hrs.
Wake up very early morning to reach the summit on time to see the panoramic view of the high Himalayan peaks. The trek is mostly gradual ascent through the dwarf rhododendron bushes. You can watch most of the prominent peaks of the Garhwal Himalayas from Chandrashilla Top. Nanda Devi (7817Mtrs-the second highest peak of Indian Himalayas), .We let you Explore the area and re Trek your steps back to the camp at Chopta.
Day 07 : Early morning Breakfast
Drive Chopta to Rishikesh: 8- Hours Arrive Rishikesh. check in at Hotel.
Day 08 : Rishikesh - Delhi
Breakfast at Hotel and transfer to Haridwar to board train for Delhi .Arrive Delhi and transfer to the airport to connect flight back Home.
